Permanent Cosmetic Procedure
What to Expect?

On the First Permanent Cosmetic Procedure, my clients will fill out a
Client Registration Form / Medical History / Release form.  This allows me to look over the Health History and answer any questions. Also, go over and follow the Pre-Care information sheet. We will discuss the client’s desired shape, color and effect for their Permanent Cosmetic or Restorative needs.  I will provide feedback and explain what I think will look best and together will come an excellent cosmetic treatment plan.

Secondly , I will take the Before pictures.
I request that my clients remove any cosmetics before our appointment, for this cuts down on the preparation time.

Next I will apply topical anesthetic to pre-numb the procedure area.  It will take about 20 minutes for the numbing agent to take effect.  I will wipe off the anesthetic and test my client’s comfort level.  If pain is experience, I will reapply the procedure area with anesthetic to ensure coverage.  The client with an average threshold for pain and the average ability to become numb will experience minimal discomfort.  Some of my clients have reported that there was no pain, just a tickling sensation.

Once the procedure area is numb, I will just prick the top layer to make micro-openings, I will then add a second layer of anesthetic to keep the area numb.  Once the skin has been broken, the anesthetics are quickly absorbed into the micro-openings.  I will be alternating between implanting pigment, wiping with cold water and applying topical anesthetic until the procedure is completed.

I will then take my clients After pictures and give them an After-Care Ointment and Instructions sheet.  I will review the After-Care information with my client and schedule the Touch up appointment.

This is really an easy process when done correctly and the transformation is amazing!
